| Penalties range from $500. to $25,000 per violation, per State. Call centers may be investigated for alleged individual, class action, State and Federal violations, or all four. The Federal Government has recently indicated they would like to establish a National Do Not Call list also, with a penalty of $10,000. per call/violation.
