These folks can be costly to call. Identifying litigious consumers before contacting  them heads off problems before they can occur. Although the total number of folks that complain is small, these are the people that can really hurt you. They know the game. They know who to hire. And after you call it’s too late. Particularly in the Collections Space. There’s no substitute for meticulous tracking of litigations against companies calling consumers here.

It’s only a few, but it’s the well-educated and capable few that sue over and over. We don’t want to be calling these people.
