We’re struggling to see the value in Litigant Scrub.

bigstock-Senior-man-struggling-to-hear--125629961.jpgWith Litigant Scrub, you won’t know what you’ve missed. The trouble that's been averted. Call prohibition court trips avoided. Almost going out of business from call violation class actions. You can't prove Litigant Scrub works because you can’t prove what what didn't happen. But here’s a hint: Have you been to TCPA court? If so, you’ll probably suffer that nightmare again. And you might want to do something about it proactively.

Professional consumer litigants know when you’ve been sued.

If you’ve been petitioned under the call statutes, the pros know you already. You’re on their list. You’re live, active, and think bad things are over now that your case has been concluded. Not so. The suits will continue. These guys know each other and hang out together. They don’t rest. They’re not going to stop pressing the TCPA legal envelope.

You won’t be able to prove Litigant Scrub works.

We have no figures to determine the number of call lawsuits averted. We do know 40% of these people have sued more than once under the statutes. We recognize they know exactly what they’re doing. We acknowledge they’ll make your life miserable, even if you are right. But prove Litigant Scrub works? No can do.

You’re never going to get a consensus on Litigant Scrub.

Because we don't have the facts to help make a decision. How much money will be saved with Litigant Scrub? How much manpower will avoid being diverted - and for how long? How much time will be saved on court procedures that were never filed? Don't know.

Even after you’ve been to TCPA court, you can’t justify Litigant Scrub.

Because you think, “This is the last time... it couldn’t happen again... and if it does, I know the drill.” Your lawyer will get you out, right? The problem is, the judge makes decisions based on his or her interpretation of these unclear laws - hopelessly slanted in favor of the cell owner. And the truth is, we don’t know how call probation cases will pan out. And you’re lawyer will be the first to acknowledge that. So how many future lawsuits will you miss with Litigant Scrub? Don’t know.

So you’re asking me to do something that doesn’t make sense in Litigant Scrub?

No, Litigant Scrub makes sense. It makes sense to avoid calling folks that will sue you for sure.  Aren’t going to buy anything anyway. Will waste your call associates time and drain precious sales energy.

But you're not going to be able to highlight lawsuits circumvented with Litigant Scrub. You won’t be able to demonstrate all the good it allegedly does for your outreach business.

Because you can’t prove what you've missed.

You'll always struggle to see the value in bypassing the bad stuff

That never happened.
